I know I haven't blogged my food and crafts in a while.. This post is for Ana!

The most recent fun thing is an "Olive Garden" date with my husband. I got these Olive Garden breadsticks for 99 cents at NPS. I just seasoned them and heated them up. I looked for a recipe Chicken Scampi --our favorite item on the menu! So I made dinner and got a yummy desert from Harmons. It was a fun date!

Another fun cooking adventure.. My dear friend Ana is moving away from me (tear) so we decided to get together for one last who-rah! I've had a lot of zucchini in my garden so after we had dinner we had a go at making a zucchini cake...

Yummy Dinners

I have been cooking a lot of new food lately and it has been delicious! We ate stir fry almost every day last week. And we have had a lot of chicken. I bought the 99% fat free frozen chicken breasts from costco. They are so yum! I got a wine and herb marinade mix to do something different with the chicken and we've been eating a lot of salads. The yummiest meal was the Lemony Chicken Piccata and baked vegetables with feta. It was so good! I cut up a lot of veggies and put them in a pan with veggie broth. Then I topped it with Feta cheese and seasonings and baked it.. The veggies were so moist and juicy and the chicken nice and lemony.. Its a meal I will definitely make again! Macy's Quiet Book

This is a quiet book that I made for my niece Macy. It is all done by hand.


Inside each window of the house is one of Macy's siblings and in one is her mom. You pick the apples of the tree and put them in the basket. The snowman can unbutton. The stocking has things inside and can be taken off the mantle.
